If you change your mind after a purchase.

 All equipment purchased, has a 14 day money back guarantee on the proviso the equipment must not have been used in the field, and must be returned to us in the condition the customer received it in. Then and only then a full refund will be granted minus the original postal charge.

Component Faults

All equipment made by MK1 Ferret Finder and Locator Sales comes with a 12 month warranty against component failure.

If your unit cannot be repaired it will be replaced under the warranty. We will cover the return postal cost

The 12 month warranty does NOT cover damage and negligence.

Finger Trouble

From time to time we have kit returned by inexperienced users that refuse to read the instructions supplied, and we are informed that "the kit does not work properly" ​

Upon receiving the returned equipment,  we give it a full test and evaluation. In almost every case the kit is functioning correctly as it should. We put this down to a technical term called "Finger Trouble"

If the kit is found to be working correctly, we will have to charge a return postal cost to cover our loss.

Repair and Calibration

At Mk1 Ferret Finder and Locator Sales, we calibrate and repair our own units. 

We do not repair the grey Deben units. We endeavour to turn around repairs and calibrations as quickly as possible. If there is anything untoward with your kit needing repair, we will contact the customer and inform them of parts  needed to be replaced and a total cost inclusive of post. ​​
